SHIPPING INFORMATION
ALTAR aims to deliver your jewelry as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping times generally range from 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location. We are dedicated to making sure your order reaches you promptly, so you can start enjoying your ALTAR piece without delay.

Return & Exchange Policies
We offer a 20-day return policy for items that do not meet your expectations or promised specifications. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:
-Return Period: Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
-Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
-Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item meets these conditions, please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us: Send an email to our support team, including your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2.Details of Return: Specify whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund to the original payment method.
3.Instructions: We will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or piece, please email us at hello@altar.com.co. The original item must be returned before we send your replacement.
Upgrade Exchanges: For exchanges involving a more expensive item, a new order will need to be placed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have processed your returned item. Please allow a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
IMPORTANT NOTES
If an order with free shipping is returned or refunded, applicable shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund, based on the original destination.
If a failed delivery occurs due to a customer error, the order will be canceled and returned to ALTAR™. A refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees. To receive the item(s), a new order must be placed.
